Book baptism preparation sessions

Baptism is an exciting moment in your child's life and we want you to be prepared as you come to make promises on their behalf. So before booking a baptism, we ask that you come to two baptism preparation sessions. One is on Zoom / Teams so that both parents can attend, and one is in person in church - and we understand if only one parent can attend the in person session.

From the list below choose the dates you can do. The sessions are sequential, so please book into a session 1 before you come to a session 2. If you can't attend the session 2 that comes in the month after the session one, just untick the corresponding check box on the booking page, and book into session 2 in a different month. All sessions run from 8-9pm.

Hi there! We're delighted to welcome you to Euxton Parish Church!
We're a friendly church at the heart of the local community, wherever you are on your faith journey.

We have three services on Sunday and one on Wednesday, as well as groups, lunches, walks, and coffee mornings running throughout the week.

We also regularly run short courses, where you can find out more about the Christian faith (these are advertised nearer the time).

Children are welcome at all of our services, though the All-Age Sunday service is more aimed towards children and families. Early Birds is our term-time toddler / pre-schooler service. We also run a Youth Group for children in Years 6 – 10.

All our services take place in the Church Building on Wigan Road.

We have a car park on School Lane, Euxton.
For church - there is a footpath from the car park, which brings you out in the church grounds.
For church community centre - the entrance is opposite the car park entrance (across School Lane).

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our welcomers who will happily welcome you and answer any questions.

There is wheelchair access to church, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Please let one of the Churchwardens / Welcomers know on your arrival and they will help you to get set up. There is a toilet at the front of church with level access from outside.
