Weddings
For many people marriage is something so special that they want to have the opportunity to ask God to support them and bless them as they marry. Getting married in church is a great way to express that. You are welcome to get married in your local church regardless of whether you are part of that church community or not.
The Church of England has regulations about who can be married in a parish church. If you would like to get married here it's a good idea to talk to the Vicar as soon as possible to check whether you are able to do so. To find out more about getting married in a Church of England Church look here
*A note on BANNS
To be married in a Church of England church you will need to have your Banns of Marriage read in both the church you are to be married in, and the parish church(es) in which both the bride and groom live. If you need to have your banns of marriage read at Euxton Parish Church, we need at least 4 weeks notice to read your banns, but ask that you give us as much notice as possible. There is a fee to be paid. Please contact our Church Administrator here for more details.
