Electoral Roll Renewal 2025

Electoral-Roll-500x250
Every Church of England parish has to have an Electoral Roll.

If your name is on the Electoral Roll you can attend and vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM). If you want to become more involved with the running of the church, perhaps by becoming a member of the PCC, you have to be on the Electoral Roll.

Every six years the Electoral Roll must be completely renewed. The old roll must be destroyed and everyone who wants to be on the new roll must apply to register.

This year the Church of England is allowing churches to create and maintain the new roll electronically which is what we are going to do in here Euxton.

The website and app have been updated to allow us to manage the Electoral Roll online. This will make it easier for you to apply via our app or the website and it also means that the information in the roll will be securely stored in a manner that fully complies with data protection requirements.

If you decide to apply to be on the electoral roll we would encourage you to do it online. The process is really simple but there are a couple of things you need to do before you can apply. The first thing is that you have to be able to login to the app or the website. If you don't know your login id or password please ask Gail to reset them for you. The second thing is for you to check that your details, especially your address, are correct. You can do this by logging in and then going to My Area on the website or Edit Profile on the app.

The process of producing the new Electoral Roll will be starting soon. The actual timeline for producing the new roll is driven by the date of the APCM. Details of the timeline will appear here in due course as will further instructions on how to apply.

Planning your Visit

New Here?

Hi there! We're delighted to welcome you to Euxton Parish Church!
We're a friendly church at the heart of the local community, wherever you are on your faith journey.

We have three services on Sunday and one on Wednesday, as well as groups, lunches, walks, and coffee mornings running throughout the week.

We also regularly run short courses, where you can find out more about the Christian faith (these are advertised nearer the time).

Children are welcome at all of our services, though the All-Age Sunday service is more aimed towards children and families.  Early Birds is our term-time toddler / pre-schooler service. We also run a Youth Group for children in Years 6 – 10.
